The Eagerly Awaited Recipe: Catfish Eggnog

As mentioned in the last post, one of Jacque's favorite things about Christmas is his personal Catfish Eggnog.

Ahh, catfish eggnog; who doesn't like it?  It's easy to make for the most part, and requites so few ingredients.  It's something that we always serve when guests come over, and you can always count of the same heartfelt comments!  The ones I most often receive are things like: 'it goes down so smooth," "where did you learn to make this?" "can I have your recipe?" "it's so lifelike and natural," and "I didn't know an edible food could seem so fresh!"  Baker be.

warned, though: it's often a good idea to keep a trash-can handy for delighted drinkers.
