Merry Christmas Eve, Humans

As a cat, Jacque has no understanding about holidays: why they exist; why we celebrate them; why we find them important.  However, out of the kindness of the heart, he has once more allowed us to celebrate this holiday, and wishes you all a Merry Christmas!

Even though Jacque doesn't understand holidays very well, he does appreciate some of the "side-affects" which follow as a result.  Some of his favorite parts of Christmas are:

The Song "Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silent" (because it's sung so little)
Catfish Eggnog (custom made by his personal chef)
Christmas Trees (because they're green and thus plants)
            Interesting Objects (gifts, decorations, etc.)
More Blankets (who doesn't like blankets?)
People in Better Moods (more pets and stuff)

Of course, since there are good parts of Christmas for a cat, there are also downsides.  Although the good outnumber the bad, there's one main thing that bothers our leader:

People Singing Bing Crosby Way Too Enthusiastically

In the end, Jacque believes that Christmas is a pretty sweet holiday, maybe his favorite.  And so, a Merry Christmas, to everyone!  Have a wonderful time full of family and friends, and may your days be filled with joy, thankfulness, and remembering the reason for Christmas!
